Coffee Processing

The processing that we do still maintains the traditional process, such as the tilting process still uses solar energy to reduce the water content in coffee. The method we do consists of four processes, namely :

  1. Wet Processing (Produce “Full Washed” Coffee)
  2. Wet Processing (Produce “Semi Washed” Coffee)
  3. Dry Processing (Produces “Natural” Coffee)
  4. Dry Processing (Produces “Natural Honey” Coffee)

COFFEE BENEFITS

The mechanism of action of caffeine
• Coffee contains caffeine so that when coffee is drunk, caffeine blocks adenosine receptors (receptors that cause fatigue and sleepiness).
• The work of caffeine that blocks adenosine receptors will relax the increase in brain neurotransmitters, dopamine and norepinerfin, so that they provide a fresh effect and eliminate drowsiness and increase concentration
• Caffeine will remain in the blood for 3 to 6 hours. Pregnant women will usually feel the effects of caffeine for up to 10 hours.
• Pregnant women are not advised to consume caffeine, because the fetus lacks caffeine-breaking enzymes such as the cytochrome enzyme CYP1A2 and CYP1A1
